Wednesday Sketch Challenge - Sketch 440

Welcome to another Weekly Sketch Challenge!

Turn each inspiring sketch into a mini work of art to add to your stash — you could also add $50 worth of brand new MFT to your collection! Now that is a win-win.

Below you’ll find Sketch 440. Create cards, scrapbook layouts, home decor, treat containers, mixed media, etc. using this week’s sketch and be sure to link your project below for a chance at the weekly My Favorite Things Gift Voucher.

MFT products are encouraged but not required. We just want to see what this week’s sketch inspires you to create! You can enter your cards for this week’s challenge in the Inlinkz Link Up at the bottom of this post.

We're welcoming a brand new guest designer to the Sketch Challenge this month. Join us in extending a warm hello to Michelle Short.

Michelle used the sketch as inspiration for a view into an aquatic, underwater world. She created circular portholes with a glimpse of the colorful scene outside featuring the Fish You Were Here stamp set. A stamped sentiment on black card stock completes her design while the clear droplets add detail and dimension.

A trio of shaker filled hearts against a colorful background design is the perfect way to send loving thoughts to a special someone. Angelica used the circle elements from the sketch as inspiration for the placement of her interactive hearts and filled them with sparkling jewels to coordinate with her dotted background.

Anna turned the sketch and created a landscape design, replacing the circle elements with a trio of fish and a trail of bubbles. Light ink blending in the background creates the look of water with a yellow sentiment strip adding a fun pop of color!
