We launched a new website in May of 2019, and you'll need to activate the account. You can also click HERE to create your account on our new website. You'll then receive the activation link via email. PLEASE NOTE: you will need to use the same email as your previous MFT account.
There is not an option to update the email address within your MFT account. We're happy to do this for you though! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the current email address on your account, and what you'd like the email address to be updated to.

Yes, we ship to all countries, except Russia due to customs regulations. Shipping costs will be determined based on the order and delivery address, at checkout.
Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. You can select a specific carrier with a calculated shipping method during checkout.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $25 in the Contiguous US, after any discounts. If you do not select the free shipping method, you'll receive a $6.50 shipping discount automatically on any calculated shipping method. International orders will receive a $6.50 shipping discount on any calculated shipping method selected.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and the transit time will depend on your shipping service selected. Delivery details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If you're looking for an expedited shipping method, you'll want to select FedEx 2-day. USPS Priority Mail estimates a transit time, but this is not a guarantee from USPS. If you're looking to receive your new crafting goodies as quickly as possible, the best upgrade will be FedEx 2-day.
We can not amend an order once placed. If your order status is pending, feel free to complete a second order, and email us both order numbers at email@example.com, with a request to have the orders combined for shipping. Any additional shipping cost will be credited back via a store credit.

Once you receive the email with the redemption code, enter this in your shopping cart under "gift card". The remaining balance will show and can be paid with any debit/credit card.
