We launched a new website in May of 2019, and you'll need to activate the account. You can also click HERE to create your account on our new website. You'll then receive the activation link via email. PLEASE NOTE: you will need to use the same email as your previous MFT account.

There is not an option to update the email address within your MFT account. We're happy to do this for you though! Please email us at hello@mftstamps.com with the current email address on your account, and what you'd like the email address to be updated to.

Yes, we ship to all countries, except Russia due to customs regulations. Shipping costs will be determined based on the order and delivery address, at checkout.

Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. You can select a specific carrier with a calculated shipping method during checkout.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $85 in the US, after any discounts.

Orders are processed within 5 business days and the transit time will depend on your shipping service selected. Delivery details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

We can not amend an order once placed. If your order status is pending, feel free to complete a second order, and email us both order numbers at hello@mftstamps.com, with a request to have the orders combined for shipping. Any additional shipping cost will be credited back via a store credit.

Only one discount code can be applied per order. Promotions such as free shipping and the Free with $60 are calculated on the spend amount of the order (after any discount is applied).

There is not an option to split payment, but you can purchase an MFT gift card with your prepaid gift card HERE. 

​Once you receive the email with the redemption code, enter this in your shopping cart under "gift card". The remaining balance will show and can be paid with any debit/credit card.
