Wednesday Sketch Challenge - Sketch 520
Welcome to another Weekly Sketch Challenge!
Turn each inspiring sketch into a mini work of art to add to your stash — you could also add $50 worth of brand new MFT to your collection! Now that is a win-win.
Below you’ll find Sketch 520. Create cards, scrapbook layouts, home decor, treat containers, mixed media, etc. using this week’s sketch and be sure to link your project below for a chance at the weekly My Favorite Things Gift Voucher.
MFT products are encouraged but not required. We just want to see what this week’s sketch inspires you to create! You can enter your cards for this week’s challenge in the Inlinkz Link Up at the bottom of this post.
We're welcoming Kavya back to the blog today with her take on this week's sketch.
Kavya used this weeks sketch to design her magical scene complete with an adventurous stack of books and a a scene playing out from her story. All of her main elements are positioned on the left side of her card with her coordinating sentiment stamped on the right.
Anna flipped the sketch and placed her circular elements on the right hand side of her card for snowy backdrops behind her Winter Songbirds. Subtle stamped greenery on her layering panel completes her design and perfectly coordinates with her colored images.
Slumbering Sloths all in a row are the perfect design element for Melania's card this week. Subtle ink blending adds a nighttime feel to her card with the addition of foam adhesive behind her stamped images adding extra dimension.
