Welcome to another Weekly Sketch Challenge!
Turn each inspiring sketch into a mini work of art to add to your stash — you could also add $50 worth of brand new MFT to your collection! Now that is a win-win.
Below you’ll find Sketch 513. Create cards, scrapbook layouts, home decor, treat containers, mixed media, etc. using this week’s sketch and be sure to link your project below for a chance at the weekly My Favorite Things Gift Voucher.
MFT products are encouraged but not required. We just want to see what this week’s sketch inspires you to create! You can enter your cards for this week’s challenge in the Inlinkz Link Up at the bottom of this post.
We're welcoming Lisa back to the blog today with her take on this week's sketch.
Lisa was inspired by the directional lines on this week's sketch, using them to place the snow hills on her design. Soft ink blending between each snow drift really sets them apart and gives the look of dimension on her card.
Rachel used the bold diagonal lines from the sketch this week on her design, creating a bright and colorful winter backdrop for her scene. A simple stamped sentiment in the top left balances out her adorable stamped images on her scene.
Wood grain is a timeless look on holiday cards and Nicole featured it beautifully on her design. Soft, muted colors on her backdrop adds a natural look that enhances the wood texture and highlights her greenery and berries.
Congratulations, Amy! You are the randomly selected winner from last week's sketch challenge.
