Wednesday Sketch Challenge - Sketch 459

Welcome to another Weekly Sketch Challenge!

Turn each inspiring sketch into a mini work of art to add to your stash — you could also add $50 worth of brand new MFT to your collection! Now that is a win-win.

Below you’ll find Sketch 459. Create cards, scrapbook layouts, home decor, treat containers, mixed media, etc. using this week’s sketch and be sure to link your project below for a chance at the weekly My Favorite Things Gift Voucher.

MFT products are encouraged but not required. We just want to see what this week’s sketch inspires you to create! You can enter your cards for this week’s challenge in the Inlinkz Link Up at the bottom of this post.

We're welcoming Vanessa back to the blog today with her take on this week's sketch.

Vanessa created a snowy backdrop for her adorable reindeer character and added her sentiment strip directly over the top. A simple gray and red color palette adds a cohesive look to her design and gives her card a holiday feel.

Nicole kept her card very similar to this week's sketch by creating a trio of rectangle elements to ground the stamped images on her design. A beautiful winter scene nicely complements the greeting she chose, while the addition of the snow on the center panel perfectly highlights her endearing characters.

Joy used bold colors on her card and added a stunning pop of gold with a heat embossed design on the background of her panels. A simple die cut snowflake, and layered sentiment strip completes the layout, providing an elegant card design perfect for the holiday season.
