So Much Gratitude

I really want to say thank you and that I have so much gratitude for all of you.
When I sent the first newsletter saying we were taking a step back, I’m not sure what I expected, but figured there would be some customers that were bothered about that news and maybe some that were silently cheering us on.
What I didn’t expect is what actually happened, which is literally the hundreds of emails I would get with customers expressing their love and loyalty. Hundreds. And I know that when one person will make the time to send a note, there will be more who are feeling it as well. I received ONE email expressing disagreement with my decision. They still gave me the grace to do the only thing we could as a company which was to step way back and really start anew, they just didn’t love it. And I understand that. It’s a lot of change. Drastic change, really. With a lot of people being affected and a lot of making up to do.
I just want you all to know that your love and generosity has blown me away and been, on some days, my only saving grace in the last few months. Your kind and caring words have touched my heart and soul so deeply. You have given me the courage to go on. Not just professionally, but personally as well.
I’ve always known that stampers were the most wonderful people, and that MFT fans are the kindest of them all, but this, THIS level of pure love, is extraordinary. It’s like you knew that I needed it, really needed it to survive and find joy again, and were prepared to deliver it. And deliver you did.
So with a very full heart, thank you. You’ve been a big part of starting to heal a pretty broken heart, and I want you to know I’ve seen it, felt it, and am here for all of it.
With much, much love. 💖

I’ve been attempting to send an email to you for some time. I hope this gets through and that I will receive a response. I am trying to find the Polar Bear Express Ice skating stamp set. If you can tell me where I might be able to purchase a set—Yes, Yes, Yes Even a used one which might be filled with loving stains. I’m a stamper so ink stains are a part of my
life!! I have been searching for this set since August and have not been able to locate even one. HELP!! and Thank You in advance for any assistance you send my way. Judi Gray, funstuf@verizon.net PS: contacting your cust. svc. has been very difficult. I had to sign up for a Microsoft acct just to reach you.

Loved reading this. can’t wait to see what the future brings for you and MFT. #1 is to take care of yourself. And I agree, I feel like I have tons of crafting friends I have never met through sharing the love of all things paper, ink , stamps and dies.
