Retirement Savings + New Create in Color Inspiration from Sandy – Now THAT'S How You Tuesday!

You have jumped on this retirement sale! We're glad that so many of you have been able to take advantage of these incredible deals.

While many of the products have sold out, be sure to check out the products that remain. We still have stock incoming for quite a selection of items so if you see something you need, be sure to hit "Notify Me" to be alerted when that final infusion of stock hits the warehouse — you'll still be able to grab it at a 50% discount when it arrives!

Are you ready for your moment of zen for the day? While Sandy's colorful foreground is a celebration of colorful pups in their winter finery, the background is bringing us some serious calming vibes (and we're here for it...we can't be the only ones who are searching for every moment of peace we can find these days!) Peace, Love, & Paws is the star of the show on Sandy's project this month, but we're envisioning a wide range of critters and characters that would shine against her wintery scene!

Hello coloring friends! It’s Sandy Allnock, and maybe I’m the only one in crafty-land with this attitude, but I’m ready to get started on winter cards! I always wait soooo late to get underway, and then end up paying for it at the last minute over Thanksgiving!

It’s also been hot of late where I live, and the snow is helping me cool down! With the cute Peace, Love, and & Paws set, I got to put the puppers outside in the snow — I opted to let the cats stay out of the open field though.

The Copic color selection here is pretty limited. The colorful hues are for the pups, with some blues and grays for the background in the distance which leaves all that fun color in the focal section! And making the trees in softer grays as they fade back helps the frontmost trees not look so jagged against a white background.

A note about adding snow: I love BIG fat flakes sometimes! Not only are they quicker to complete since there are fewer, but they also make for a fluffy look to the weather!

Don’t forget to put snow in FRONT of the critters in your scene….and give them some paw print trails to walk in to take their places for the photo!
