New Sketch Challenge and Winner of Last Weeks Color Challenge

Hi guys! First up I want to give you the amazing sketch you'll be working with this week. The cut off for entries is Jan 21st at 10am EDT.

Kimberly created this ADORABLE paper plane card. What I like about it is the movement that the design generates. That's honestly important with cards, and well any art, really. My eyes travel from one point to another because the imagery lends itself to that.

Zoe's cups of hot cocoa make me want to immediately stop work and go get them. They look delicious and the card is yummy, too! :-)

I love how she created the bands of color made with different types of krafts and brown to tie in the look of the cocoa without overpowering the design. 

Rebecca nailed clean and simple with this. There's congruence between all of the paper colors and the image that pulls it all together in a perfect package. 

I love how Jess arranges the stripes into the same color order as she does the scoops of ice cream. It's all just a perfect scoop of happiness!.

Samantha created this pink dream! I love all of the pinks together! It's pink perfection. She shows even making monotone cards can be beautiful and interesting. :-)
