Return Policy and Defective Merchandise Policy

We want you to purchase from My Favorite Things with complete comfort and assurance knowing we stand behind out products and offer legendary customer service.

Should you purchase a product you are not satisfied with, you can return it to us without hassle, within 3 months from your date of purchase and are eligible for a cash refund withiin 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return Details:

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned for a full refund of the product purchase price within the first 30 days.
  • Used products may be returned for a full store credit of the product purchase price.
  • Refund amount will be reduced by any promotional discounts received that your new order total would not have been eligible for, such as Shop to Save, free shipping, and the Free with $60 die set.

Please send returned merchandise, along with a copy of your packing slip to the address below. Make sure to write on your packing slip whether you'd prefer a store credit or a refund. If your packing slip is not available, you can print one out by logging in to your MFT account, and under the My Account, My Orders area, click on the link that says View Your Order History.

Should you receive a defective item from My Favorite Things, please contact us at customerservice@mftstamps.com for further details.  Should you receive a defective item from My Favorite Things, please contact us at customerservice@mftstamps.com for further details. Should you receive a defective product, a replacement will be sent to you provided you live in the US. For customers outside of the US, you will be refunded your purchase price once the defect has been established.
