When should I receive my order?
We ship via FedEx whenever possible, and most orders leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days.  Fedex will email you the tracking number once your order is on its way so you can follow

Can you mark my item with low duty or as a gift?
We are not able to mark package values lower than their actual value. We appreciate your understanding.

Do you have MFT sets that need a new home?
MFT encourages using the Buy/Sell/Trade forum on Splitcoast Stampers to sell all new or used PURCHASED MFT sets. We would prefer it be handled this way as opposed to listing them on your blog or ebay if possible. Should you receive a demo set from MFT, or any packaged MFT set as part of a prize or as compensation for DT duties; including Guest Designer positions, the sale of such sets are prohibited.

I am involved in a swap/charity event and would like to ask for a donation. What should I do?
We are able to make occasional donations to 501c3 charities.  If this applies to you, please email a copy of your certification to customerservice@mftstamps.com to apply for a donation. 

Do you offer publication incentives?
We love to see our products in the limelight, and love to reward you for putting your MFT products to work.  To qualify for any publication incentive, My Favorite Things products must be the focus of your submission, and all products must be currently available.  We do not pay incentives for retired stamp sets and Die-namics, or for projects where multiple product brands are used.

With the move toward more digital publications, our publication incentives have been revamped beginning January 2014. Publication incentives will be paid via store voucher and range from $5 for a simple sentiment or single Die-namics piece, to $25 for a cover page of a project which features only MFT products.  Final incentive rates will be determined by My Favorite Things.

Cards Magazine (digital)

Scrapbook Trends (digital)

Craft Ideas (digital)

Once the magazine is published, please email a picture of the full page that the project is featured on to customerservice@mftstamps.com. Please include a detail shot that includes your name and the supply list for the project that specifies both My Favorite Things and the specific product name. 

I have an account in the store and have a new email address. Can I change my login information? I moved to another house. Can I change my address?
Yes, you can. Click on the link "Account Information" to the left of the page. You can then change your email and click save. The first link "View or change my account information." opens a page where the email address can be changed. To change your shipping address, click on the link "Address Book" to the left of the page. That opens a page where you can click the link "Add New Address". On that page, you can add your new address, and before saving, be sure to tick the boxes as the bottom to make the new address your default shipping and/or billing address.
